Clare Bigger Sculpture at Broughton Hall / by Kat Weatherill

I was delighted when Clare asked me to capture some images for her sculpture for an up coming editorial in Vogue. We had the pleasure of using the beautiful walled garden and grounds at Broughton Hall, Yorkshire as our back drop.

Clare is a figurative sculptor whose work is predominantly made from stainless steel and sometimes mild steel. Her sculptures vary in size from 4" to up to 10 metres high.

She creates work for number of different environments, domestic, business premises and large outdoor creations that are generally seen as public art. She also creates commissioned sculpture for garden designers and private clients. Her sculptures have been seen at RHS Chelsea Flowers in the past.

Clare work is contemporary, figurative sculpture with subjects ranging from horses, cats, other animals, gymnasts and dancers.
